Do guests need to download an app to upload photos?
No, guests do not need to download any apps. They simply visit your event link or scan your QR code and can upload photos directly from their phone or computer browser.
Is Frameable Moments free to use?

Can I use Frameable Moments for my wedding?

How do I share my event with guests?

Is my data safe and secure?
Yes, we take security seriously. All photos are stored securely and we never sell your data or personal information. You maintain full control over your photos and can download or delete them at any time.
Can I download all the photos from my event?
Yes, you can download all photos in their original quality at any time. You can download individual photos or bulk download everything at once.
What is the difference between the Standard and Pro plans?
Both plans include unlimited photo storage. The Pro plan adds video support and allows up to 3 active events at a time, while the Standard plan supports 1 active event. Visit our pricing page for full details.
Can I customize the look of my event page?
Yes! You can choose from our pre-made templates or upload your own custom design. Our template editor lets you change colors, fonts and add your own photos to create a personalized look.
How many photos can guests upload?
On paid plans, guests can upload unlimited photos. On the free Demo plan, your event can hold up to 10 photos total.
What happens to my photos if I cancel?
If you cancel your subscription, your events, photos and videos will be permanently deleted 30 days after your billing period ends. Make sure to download everything you want to keep before cancelling.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime with no hidden fees or penalties. Your event will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Do guests need to create an account to view or upload photos?
No, guests do not need an account. Anyone with your event link can view the gallery and upload photos. Only you need an account to create and manage events.
How do I display the QR code at my wedding?
Most couples print our downloadable QR cards and place them on each table, at the bar, or frame them near the entrance. Some even add them to their wedding programs or place cards.
